All I Need Today🔥, Showcasing the Knives I‘m Carrying. Victorinox, Real Steel, Great Eastern Cutlery
Today I thought I would empty my pockets for a little pocket dump and show you the knives that I chose to carry. I have a large collection of both modern folders as well as traditional slipjoint knives and what I carry changes from day to day. This video is meant to be just a small snapshot of what I would carry. I also tell you a little about the knife... where I got it, historical info if there is any and anything else interesting to the collector.
The knives I talk about today are the following:
Victorinox Classic Sd in purple with a brown leather Victorinox belt sheath.
The Victorinox classic is a wonderful carry companion if you ask me. Super lightweight, compact and useful! I use mine primarily for the scissors as I make lots of projects with string and cord.
Real Steel Knives Megalodon Full Titanium 2013
Fantastic framelock flipper from Real Steel. It has s35vn blade steel tc4 titanium handles and a very cool completly enclosed pivot system. This knife was based off the high end Chinese mid tech, the Carson Tech ''Boiling Flipper''. Very powerful knife Real Steel released in their first year. Its a shame the Real Steel Megalodon never seemed to be very popular.

Great Eastern Cutlery 71 Bullnose in green linen micara.
Total work horse of a traditional pocket knife. Every true fan of traditional slipjoint knives should own a 71 if you ask me. built like a tank, its thee position flush with the backspring and it has a monster pull! Really cool sodbuster like knife from GEC.

Today we take a look at a great looking traditional English Barlow knife. This English Barlow from A. Wright and son Sheffield, was a gift from @paddyspotatopeelers2154 This Barlow has a 3.5 in blade and a 2.75 in blade making it a UK legal carry. Thanks bud and it really is interesting. 🤨 n the past you could two of the same knives from the two companies and the srm would be without markings or with Sanrenmu makings and it would be half the price of the same knife with Real Steel marking 😃😂

I never knew that about reel steel being a off shoot of Sanrenmu. I need to up my leather game. It's becoming another brilliant rabbit hole for people. I don't have many slips/sheaths. I find myself looking at the leatherwork as much as the knives now😅. Thanks, Joe
Yeah Sanrenmu also makes the Land knives as well as OEMs for lots of companies👍 good luck with the leather work , it’s a very fulfilling hobby!

Great utube vid.. My daughter n I went to 5 blade shows together . Back 10 years -15 years ago. We went all day ALL three days … what an education … yes LOTS of family ( kind of reminded me of the kings and queens marriages and connecting countries politically in all of Europe… Speaking and mostly listening to the movers and shakers of the knife industry… warning about them going together on batches of steel… contract work.. One knife company for another.. My daughter greatly influenced me into going from ‘old man’ knives to tactical … now here I am years later and I’m gravitating back to the ‘old man ‘knives lol I guess because I’m an old guy now. Yeah, those old westerns are beautiful and well-made . I don’t have any western camp knives. I do have others. I do love them.. Thanks for sharing !!!

Not many klaas knives accessible in the uk. All stock on usual suppliers is waiting. Its a shame really cis they have some nice gear. Knives and tools are completely sold out of any Robert klass knives. They are missing a opportunity in the UK market?
Yeah the only place I could find it was directly through them. It’s not in any online shops yet from what I can see. I wrote them and asked about international shipping. Hopefully I can post an update when they reply. Thanks for watching my video👍

That's a fantastic blade, love the looks of the rivets and the spear point blade. I picked up a box of knives and in it was the Klaas K40 Hunters choice in stag with the smaller piggy back blade in stag as well, just missing the sheath. Thanks for sharing this one with us!!
